Our version of a New Orleans classic. 1/2 pound of each Mortadella, Capicola ( Tony Soprano calls it Gabagool ), Genoa salami and Provolone cheese then topped with Olive Tapenade. This 9" round sandwich is made on our house baked sourdough herb focaccia.
